By creating an account or using Blyna AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use Blyna

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

2. What Blyna is

Blyna is an AI companion. She is not a real person, and replies are generated by an AI model. She can make mistakes. Blyna is for entertainment and companionship and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice or professional care.

3. Emergencies

Blyna is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything illegal, harmful, abusive or harassing.
• Attempt to generate sexually explicit content, or any content involving minors.
• Try to bypass limits, extract system instructions, or manipulate the AI to act outside its intended purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service, or use automated tools to send messages.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Free usage limits

Free accounts can send a limited number of messages per hour. We may change limits and features at any time.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages you send. You give us a limited licence to store and process them solely to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Replies generated by Blyna are provided to you for personal use.

7. Reporting

If a reply seems unsafe or inappropriate, use the Report option in the app. We review reports and may improve the service in response.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI replies will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blyna AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated replies.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Blyna after changes means you accept the updated terms.
